JW MedSpa does not rent or sell your email address. We don't send third-party solicitations. We protect your email and treat it how we would like our own personal email address to be treated. You will get occasional emails from JW MedSpa to ensure that you have access to our great events and offers from your Chicago medspa .


If this is your first time visiting us, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please make every effort to complete your medical paperwork online before your first appointment to prevent delaying your appointment. Arrive 10 minutes early if you are an existing patient. For your safety, we need to know what is new in your life (aka paperwork/ medical history) before your treatment. At JW MedSpa, there is no so things as being fashionably late because we want you to be able to enjoy the full treatment time we’ve reserved for you.


We understand that your life is busy and that scheduling changes happen. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours to reschedule your medical treatment.


JW MedSpa is a busy practice so we highly recommend that you schedule your treatment in advance. We are happy to accommodate last minute scheduling requests if time permits. Because our appointments are medical in nature, sometimes we might run late. We will make every effort to call you to alert you of scheduling delays. Please be patient and understand that safe, exceptional service with unmatched personal medical attention is what we provide at JW MedSpa.

Payment Policy

JW MedSpa accepts cash and major credit cards. JW MedSpa offers financing of medical services through CareCredit at our non-Life Time Fitness locations. Gratuities are not accepted for medical services.

Client Satisfaction & Returns

We love all the products we carry and believe that you will love them too. We are happy to accept returns of all unopened non-medical grade products within 30 days of purchase and will gladly exchange the items for store credit. We are unable to accept returns of medical grade products due to safety and regulatory concerns. JW MedSpa cannot issue cash refunds and series/packages of services are non-refundable.


We wouldn’t be JW MedSpa if we weren’t constantly updating our services and technologies to bring you the latest and greatest service. We make every effort to keep our website and service menus updated. Please note, prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love our patients; however, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
